By downloading or using Feral ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Feral.

2. What Feral is (and isn't)

Feral is an entertainment and emotional-release app. It is not therapy, counseling, medical or mental-health treatment, or a substitute for professional care. The in-app creature is an AI, not a human. If you are in crisis or may harm yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or text HOME to 741741.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms.

4. Subscriptions & auto-renewal

• Feral offers an auto-renewing subscription: Annual $29.99 (with a 7-day free trial) and Monthly $4.99 (no trial). Prices may vary by region.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it for anything unlawful.

6. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, and your use of the App Store is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms of Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
